The activities that we propose have been selected for the level of their quality. The accompanying guides are all natives of the village of Cahuita and their knowledge will supply you with abundant information on the wildlife, flora and social and cultural history of the area.

Following are some of the activities that are available:  

• whitewater rafting on the Pacuare, Renovacion or Sarapiqui Rivers (includes your transportation from San Jose or Cahuita so this is a great way to get here!)

• horseback riding on the beach or on the mountain
• visit to an indian reservation on the Yorkin river
• visit to a botanical garden or an orchid farm
